We are delighted to launch prestigious Daicel Diamond Awards-2024 for DCTI employees to recognize the exceptional contributions on annual basis. There are 6 categories of Diamond Awards for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024. It would be a Self-Nomination process followed by Awards committee evaluation to conduct honest and bias free selection.

- Recommendation from Reporting Manager
- Submission to Awards Committee

- All nominations for the Diamond Awards need substantial data as per category criteria.
- Employees can nominate max two categories of Daicel Diamond awards
- Employees who joined on or before 1st April 2023 are eligible to nominate for the Year 23-24.
