There are 6 categories of Diamond Awards for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023. It would be a Self-Nomination process followed by Awards committee evaluation to conduct honest and bias free selection.

  • Below Managers

  • Self Nomination
  • Recommendation from Reporting Manager
  • Submission to Awards Committee
  • Managers & Above

  • Self Nomination
  • Submission to Awards Committee
  • All nominations for the Diamond Awards need substantial data as per category criteria.
  • Employees can nominate max two categories of Daicel Diamond awards
  • Employees who joined on or before 1st April 2022 are eligible to nominate for the FY 22-23
